Dade Moeller & Associates Acquires Radiation Safety Academy
Acquisition Extends Radiation Protection Expertise, Training Offerings
RICHLAND, Wash. – Nationally recognized consulting firm Dade Moeller & Associates, Inc., today announced that it has acquired Radiation Safety Academy, Inc., a leader in radiation safety training and radiation-related analytical services.
Radiation Safety Academy is a strategic addition to Dade Moeller & Associates’ radiation protection consulting services. The acquisition will augment Dade Moeller & Associates’ expertise and extend its service offerings in radiation safety training, as well as increasing its capabilities in radioactive material licensing, laboratory analysis, instrumentation, and risk communication.
Recognized as the company employing the most Certified Health Physicists (CHPs) in the United States, the acquisition also will add four more CHPs to the Dade Moeller & Associates staff, for a total of 34. More importantly, the acquisition adds CHPs who are focused on providing classroom training to meet the increasing demand for qualified radiation protection technicians, operators and professionals, as well as professionals in other safety disciplines
