
Mr. Moeller directs and implements the long-term strategic planning for Dade Moeller & Associates, which has grown from 3 employees in 1994 to more than 200 employees. He has directed the growth of the Company from a single office to many locations across the United States with current annual revenues of over $20 million. He directs all company activities and works with clients and business partners to address technical, logistic, and public issues. Due in large part to employees’ respect for Mr. Moeller’s guidance and management style, the Company has unparalleled employee retention. Mr. Moeller provides leadership and personal commitment to Company projects by facilitating effective management as well as technical and administrative support. He has played an essential role in establishing Dade Moeller & Associates as a leader in occupational and environmental health sciences.

Steve Merwin‘s experience covers a broad range of radiation protection and related disciplines including dose assessment, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, environmental health, and industrial hygiene. He has served as a manager, task leader, trainer, and contributor for programs and projects for clients including the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, contractor organizations, and licensees.
In his role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Merwin provides direct support to the CEO and CFO by providing leadership and executive management to specific business areas or initiatives. He evaluates, prioritizes, and pursues new and emerging business opportunities in conjunction with the Company vision and strategy.

As an Executive Vice President, Mr. Kennedy helps implement the Company‘s vision and strategy. He provides leadership and executive management to specific businesss areas or initiatives directed by the CEO.
Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience as a project manager, task leader, and individual contributor for a broad range of health physics topics. He has experience with projects that require the practical application of information in the areas of radionuclide effluent characterization and environmental behavior, radiation dosimetry, safety assessment, radiation shielding, health physics, and statistical analysis. He has been involved with the development of the technical basis for revised standards and regulations, and has participated in evaluations and appraisals at operating nuclear facilities.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Caprio is responsible for managing the overall financial health of the company, including day-to-day management of Accounting, Contracting & Legal, Human Resource, and Support Systems Departments. He is responsible for assessment of corporate risk and liability through new and existing contracts and subcontracts. He ensures the effective and accurate implementation of corporate policy, accounting, and project control systems.

Mr. McCormack manages day-to-day business operations, and ensures integration with the Company’s financial, contractual, and business development functions. In this capacity he works with the Chief Executive Officer to implement the corporate business strategy, define opportunities, allocate resources, and implement operational development plans. Mr. McCormack is also responsible for the identification, development and acquisition of new business opportunities for Dade Moeller & Associates at DOE sites and national laboratories.
