Full-time employees are eligible to receive this benefit ONLY when they have elected to receive the medical plan benefit. The plan includes standard preventative and corrective dental benefits; orthodontia is not a covered benefit.
It is Dade Moeller’s goal to contribute to a 401k plan as well as to match employee elective contributions. Additionally, Dade Moeller contributes to an ESOP to share the benefits of company ownership with all employees and to help them save for retirement.
Comprehensive leave is defined as paid time off for eligible employees to be used for vacation, illness, injury, jury duty or any other reason. Our generous schedule includes 21 days for less than 5 years of service. Additional days are awarded beyond that, based upon years of service.
Dade Moeller offers 10 paid holidays (10 days, equivalent to 80 hours) per calendar year.
